How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

We have come up with a new point system to increase your savings! You save when you want! Rack up your points for 90 days and get the most savings you can get by ordering products. Reward your body by rewarding your wallet, each point will be worth $1. The points will expire after 90 days. Product points will be listed on the pages when ordering and it will display how many points you will be getting upon ordering

-Nanomeal: 3 Points

-Nanolean: 4 Points

-Nanoreds: 4 Points

Here's how it works:

  1. Once you've placed your order and it has shipped, your MyRewards Point will be redeemable in [1] day and expire after 90 days.
  2. To view your MyRewards, simply go to MyRewards.
  3. Enter the total amount of available points to redeem below (1 points = $1). Maximum of 10 Points redeemable per order . Points cannot be used for shipping deductions or used in combination with any coupon or promotion that is running. Cannot be used on a previous order.
  4. You're now ready to save on your next purchase. Upon placing your order, your available MyRewards will automatically be deducted from the total purchase amount.
